Andrew Di Feo is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, identity development, and relationship challenges.

His approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. More than anything, he hopes to create a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they begin to better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change.

Before becoming a therapist, Andrew spent several years in customer service and IT support. A different field, yes, but the part that always stayed with him was the human part: helping someone feel less overwhelmed, more understood, or a little more capable and empowered than they did before. That focus on the person in front of him is part of what eventually led him toward therapy.

“Andrew hopes to create a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they begin to better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change.”

Andrew’s journey to becoming a therapist actually began on the other side of the room. Years ago, his own therapist helped him understand how meaningful it can be to be met with empathy and compassion when it is needed most. She continues to be a huge inspiration, and Andrew credits much of who he has become and how he practices today to her and the work they did together.

One story that has always stayed with Andrew is that of a boy throwing beached starfish back into the ocean. Although he couldn’t save them all, for the ones he could throw back, it made all the difference. That story resonates deeply with him because he knows it is not always possible to help everyone. But it is always possible to try, and he genuinely believes that showing up with care for the person in front of us can often still mean something.

Andrew knows he may not be able to change everything for everyone, but he does hope to offer a meaningful experience to the person sitting across from him.

If this feels like it could be a good fit, Andrew would love to hear from you.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that helps people understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By working with a trained mental health professional, individuals can develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and address challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. The goal of psychotherapy is to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and overall mental health.
