Sophie Pouyeshman
Sophie is a Registered Massage Therapist and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from Oxford College and holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science.
Known for her calm presence and thoughtful approach, Sophie creates a supportive space that encourages both recovery and relaxation. Her treatments combine deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching, lymphatic drainage, and cupping to relieve tension, improve mobility, and restore balance.
